front brakes off my 4x4
quick one can I use the front brakes off my xr4x4 or is the soemthign different about them aswell as the car being 4x4 etc

caliper brakes are caliper brakes. as long as you can mount them, use em.
(assuming they are strong enough for the application)

thats what i mean so they all fit any sierra front hubs

Should do, you just need to make sure and get the discs with the right offset.

xr4x4 calipers, caliper carriers and discs fit straight on to standard sierra uprights no problems.

just a note, i have put 4x4 callipers on mine build, I junked the original 4x4 hub carriers cos they had abs, got some standard sierra ones and there
is a slight offset between the caliper mount and brake disc, so i had to turn down 4 spacers- 5mm thick to bring the caliper back to the center of
disc.
