£100 notes seems ok for the engine and auxilleries but as far I know not a great deal more can be used from the mondeo, you still need a sierra
really or by all the bits separatly from the kit car manuafacurers or ebay.
Hope this helps

Engine is about it. If on a budget try and find a pinto/cvh sierra.
Paying £200 would get you a much more usefull donor imho. And better value to boot.

I'd agree about the Sierra. They are getting a bit of a sod to find thou.
Speaking to the local breakers they usually dispose of them immediatly as it isn't worth keeping.
If you can find a local breakers where their knuckles don't drag too much and their forehead doesn't slope over their bottom lip you may
be able to persuade them to call you if one turns up.

LMAO Do you use my local breakers then???? Mine fits above description but is also rumoured to enjoy the odd white line or 2!!
It is however a good suggestion.
I found my donor near to where my mate works. It had been parked up for a while - no tax. When i approached the owners friend he was glad for me to
take it. Cost a few beer tokens. However i then had to spend some cash refurbing all of the bits as they were past there best. No bad thing in the end
as its proven to be a reliable build in the end.
Morale of the tale - dont be frightened to knock on doors or post a note if you see one parked up anywhere. As said the Pinto engined ones are the one
to have. Even if you dont use the engine yourself you could probs sell it and get your moneyt back = free donor....... which is nice.

to chop and change as i go. i have saw something that said if you use the pinto the chassis and sump would need to be modified is this right and how
much work is needed for the chassis.
