Can you beleive this?
Couldn't believe my luck when I managed to find a local breakers yard who had a sierra XR4x4 on his lorry about to strip. Told the guy what I
needed off it. Someone else also wanted quite a bit of the running gear so he was set to make quite a few quid off the car.
Phoned him tonight to see if he'd started stripping it yet & he told me one of his employees had just sent it to the crusher! NOoooooo!!!
What a plonker!!

Well, I think there are two problems: one is that nobody wants to work for a living (as a small business person I can very well give examples of
that!), and the second is that scrap metal has a high price right now. I was told a few times that the crap guys had in their yards was worth more
scrapped than parted out, thereby justifying extremely high prices for their old rusty parts.
