Rad and Fan

Dug out my rad after my fan turned up the other week (polo fan)

Now i've been trying to work out how to fit it to the rad. (not even given a thought as to how i'm going to mount th rad yet lol)

Anybody got any sugestions? would be a great help.

Cheers
Ben

You couldn't pwn your way out of a wet paper bag, with "PWN ME!!" written on it, from the "pwned take-away" which originally contained one portion of chicken tikka pwnsala and the obligatory free pwnpadom.

What kind of radiator and fan is it? Radiators can drop in two rubber grommets at the bottom with two bolts at the top or some have 4 bolt holes. Fans can be bracketed to the radiator bolts or some have thin tie wraps through the radiator fins to hold them to the core.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Fabricate some ali/steel brackets to secure from the screw holes on the side of the rad to the fan. I have seen a pic of a similar setup somewhere on the forum

This is how I did mine, sorry picture is a bit naff but basically it wraps round one side and on the other side it's just flat piece. Have a look through my gallery, link below think its about page 5 ish, taken with a phone so a bit un clear but you'll get the idea as they are hung up sprayed black.

Cheers

Rich
