the cortina based p100 was built in Turkey until 1994.
search net for "Otosan Ford P100" dont restict to english language pages.
ive looked at some pictures, but due to their love of wheel trims i cant tell if there 4 or 5 wheel nuts.

i thought p100's where five stud. I asked the question many years ago (i'm not joking) if 5 stud hubs used the same bearings as 4 stud
hubs and therefore where interchangable. If so ...... excellent source.
Except, i'm pretty sure the p100 used the sierra running gear at the front when it changed over to looking like a sierra.
Edit to add, and if i'd read your post properly i'd see it was the cortina based p100. Sorry
