Nissan/Datsun 200B/Bluebird/810 Donor?
There is one of these cars around the corner from me that hasnt moved for about 2 years. Im just wondering if anyone has any experience with these
because it seems like an alright alternative to an Escort but with a wider track (i think). The one near me has a rusted body and I reckon the guy
will either sell it to me or just let me take it. They have a 2L motor, but ill probably be replacing the drivetrain with Nissan SR20DET or
CA18DET.
Any help would be appreciated.

have you checked to see what the front uprights and steering gear are like? whether you could use the steering column? if you can mount the front
uprights if they are useable and if they would require any suspension geometry changes?
personally I doubt it's worth the bother, compared with getting yourself some ford bits that everyone on here is well experienced with and can
offer you lots of advice on (especially if you're not even planning to use the drivetrain)
just my 2p worth

Tough old bomb, the 200B. Due to local content regulations, the Aus market ones had a live axle rear end, except for the first couple of months when
they were all imported.
