It says you have to build your own body from scratch. Can you imagine how hard it would be to get an AC Cobra to look proportionally right from scratch. A locost body, OTOH, would be a piece of cake.

I don't care for comments like this. It implies that professionals got their ideas from the vendor's book, not the other way around. While technically there isn't anything wrong with the statement, it is conveniently misleading. Stuff like this makes me think they use misleading comments to hide something. Of course perhaps I'm imagining things, but since I could be a potential customer, it would certainly rub me the wrong way.

Reminds me of the claim, "Guaranteed to add up to 20hp." While technically true, it's also, in reality, a lie. How would people feel it the claim was instead, "Guaranteed to add less then 20hp." This one has an entirely different interpretation, yet is exactly the same statement. Funny how human nature is.

did you click on the free plans bit?
there is a pic of 2 guys sat on a chassis that looks like would eject them both at the slightest sniff of brake the brake pedal being pushed.
