Another Update to La Bala
sgraber - 17/11/04 at 03:03 AM

I made some major changes to the front of the car this weekend as well as almost finishing off the passenger side Woohooo...
For some reason I felt that the nose of the car was too pouty and a bit fish-lipped. (Pucker lips...) So I squared off the nose.

You can see the changes on the website Here...

I found some neat hinges. Notice how they will move the rear bodywork up, over and then out away from the chassis.

I hope to be at mold making stage by January.

And please let me know what you think of the new look of my website! I know it has some broken links...

Steve,
The front of the car looks great I must admit. Reminds me of something from Ferrari, really nice job, well done.
All the best,
Ali

That hinge is really good. I hope you don't mind, but I have passed those pix on to a few friends who will have to deal with that issue as their builds progress. Where did you get them? Cheers, Brian.

No, not at all! Information wants to be free.

They are from a 1998 Oldmobile Aurora Trunk (Boot) lid.... Don't know if that means anything to you though!
