Alternatives to Radical - in Kit Form?
brammo - 1/1/05 at 10:28 PM

I have been searching for an alternative to the Radical's available in Kit Form. Anyone have a link or referral? I had seen www.projectlmp.com but it has gone down. The only other one I know of is Coram, now Turner :: http://www.turner-auto-design.com/

Any leads? Anywhere in the world is fine.

Jon,

Thanks for the list. What is the GT1 in your profile? Is it the same car in your avatar? Is there a link?

Jon built the original MK GT1 which evolved into the current MK GTR

Sorry - I am a bit slow on the research apparently, but I am confused about MK and the GT1 and GT-R. I prefer the GT1 body, looking now for chassis data. Is MK engineering now two companies?

Thanks

Yup, MK sports cars can be found at

The GT-R is well worth a look though, last time i was at Martins there was a customer car there with a bike engine in that looked the proper "dogs danglys"

there was a busa GT1 for sale a while ago, don't know if it sold or not, saw it on "findit" and several other usual spots.

He as other irons in the fire too, best to ring as Martins an engineer and don't get infront of pc too often
