starting a single seater project, only compiling bits at moment but you get the idea

any body now how i could adapt the steering rack/colum so as the steering wheel ends up in the middle??

its a mk2 fiesta rack and colum if the helps.

You can get centre entry steering racks from racing car breakers yards, but I don't know where there are any.
Also I think one of those Bedford Rascal vans have a suitable steering column.
