Ive owned this car for 2 years. Its been ultimately reliable, as the mx5 is known for. Its done around 12 track days, multiple drift days and a trip
to the ring last year. All driving to and from every event. Only selling as Ive had 7 mx5s in a row and now just bought a haynes roadster from here

Carbing 4 point roll bar with i had blasted and powder coated before fitting
Enkei 5 spoke alloys also blasted and powder coated and fitted with Federal 959 RSR Tyres
Suede type steering wheel
Coolant reroute (thermostat at the rear of the head etc, common mod)
Large 50mm alloy radiator
Axxis ultimate brake pads
Corbeau sprint fibre glass bucket seat
LUKE 4 point harness
Mk2.5 centre console
Aux mod into the BOSE stereo
Remote central locking and boot release with VW style key

I changed the cam belt, water pump, belts and every seal including all cam/crank seals just before the ring last august so thats all done. I changed
the gearbox and diff oil with MT90 when I first bought the car,
I changed the hood to a mk2.5 hood when i first got it, its got a couple of little wear points about the side windows (usual place) but its leak free
and still looks good.
There is a little patch of gold paint missing on the the rear bumper where i bumped it on a tyre on a drift day, not dent or anything its just down to
primer.
