Hi,
I have a number of these laptops for sale.
They are spec'ed highly just a bit old now.
P3 600mhz
128MB Ram
20GB Hard Drive
8MB Graphics Card
On board sound etc
Windows XP
15" Screens
DVD drives
Floppy drives
Also has the Com port that many new Laptops do not have which can be used to map ignition systems.....good for us tinkers!
In perfect working order, compete with genuine Dell power lead.
Looking at £75 + postage
how many have you got and do they have wifi or pcmcia slots for a wifi card??
Hi,
I have 4 at the moment with the possiblity of another couple next week
Yes they have pcmcia slots for a wifi card, as its not built in. They also have infra red and USB ports

Not really that highly spec'd with a 20GB hard disc and only 128MB of RAM... might have been highish when iot was new though.
I could do with a couple of those to stop the car rolling away!
good enough for megasquirt
Megasquirt is a defo mate...serial ports are the way!
Ive got one of these i use for mapping and internet access etc they are a bit heavy but good size screen and mines lasted well.Only weakpoint has been
the screen hinges, i had to make a new one for mine.

Could be interested Saxoboy, however not sure about posting something like this. Where are you?
Cheers
Ben
Im in Rugby.....but I work for a distribution company...so who wants one...where do you want it?!
Matt
Sorry not after one of these but even though I have an up to date modern laptop I've always got a laptop similar to the above. I keep it with all my car diag software and mapping tools. Very useful and you don't worry about small knocks or oily fingers in the garage.
I'll take one if you accept paypal?

1 Sold 3 to go....
Thanks Rob
How long do the batteries last before a charge is needed?
Thanks
The battery last about 30mins....but are easily available
Thanks Matt, arrived OK.
Excellent machine, cleaner than my own spec laptop!
Just right for Megasquirt, saves me using the desktop PC just to get a serial port.
Would recommend themm to anyone who needs to use MS.
