Hmmmm Providing the boat does not weigh more than the towing vehicle (ie break any towing laws).
Small has to be the operative word regarding the boat!
I am sure that with 750 BHP, it would tow anything if it could actually get the power down onto the tarmac.
Its probably too light to tow anything really large... ie just wheelspin due to the Boat Anchor effect of the boat
