I'm suprised you had no problems with the light sockets or are they separate?

Terry, you are correct to think they look troublesome...but they weren't..
They do have enough draft for a painless separation, although you have to be at just the right angle to see it..
This was the light socket former I made, it has about 10 degrees of draft..
My site shows how I used this piece to form the apertures..

Yes Pete, just the front section of the body and the hood/bonnet and the moulds are done...
Can't wait to actually start building the damn thing...
