Tracking Down my Builder.....

I bought my car as a non-runner, got it on the road and am now undertaking an engine transplant with supercharger etc (as some of you will know).

I have some information (verbal) from the guy that owned the car before me regarding its history (half of which i think is crap), but would like to find out more. Does anyone know anything about / if these guys still exist? - Their website doesnt, and ill try the phone numbers tomorrow.

Motion Car Development
6 Campion Way
Boughton Vale
Rugby
Warwickshire
CV23 0UR

Tel: 01788-338090 or 07843-590347
Fax: 01788-338090

Official website:
www.avelle-cars.com

The car (my avatar) is registered as an "AGT Sports", from which i presume is the reference to "Avelle GTA" somewhere. Id like to find out more.

Any information greatly received.

you can get on to some bits of their website through
http://web.archive.org/web/20080309140454/http://www.avelle-cars.com/
web archive's pretty cool
doesn't really give you much more info than you already have though

website doesn't seem to have been about since 2008 i think

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

I was there that year Claire - probably 2004/5 and I sat in that car too. It was on my shortlist before I plumped for my Aeon. I decided that the bodywork needed some more development but it certainly had promise, and by the sound of your last post [ME], that's already in hand
