grabercars.com is progressing
Steve,
Was just taking a look at your site and the polystrene bulkhead method you're using to build the buck is coming along very nicely (and bloody
quickly too!) you must have nearly covered most of the car roughly enough to be getting a real idea of the shape...

It really moved along very quickly for about a week. Then my wife figured out that I wasn't spending enough time with her and the kids and it
kinda backlashed on me. Does anyone else have this problem? or is it just me... Personally I think it's that time of the month. ahem.
I should be back in full swing within a few more days and that should see the rest of the body finished in styrofoam billets.
The rear of the car has proven to be a lot more difficult than the front.

That sounds all too familiar Steve!! On my 1 day off a week I all too often end up with 2 very little helpers (22 months and 3 1/2-so no
grinding/dangerous stuff can be done) Either that or I get dragged off to help aged Mother(who if you are reading this,stop.....and DO NOT pass
comment)
When my garage finally gets built I will lock the buggers out!

Hmmm......
Yes, I always hear about this phenomonon of wives and children interfering with car projects. I decided that I ought to build my middy now, while
I'm still 18 years old and broke, rather than when I'm 30, broke, and married .

Good choice. Either that, or make sure that your wife choosing activities include a parameter about being car crazy...

40 and broke!
As for the wife choosing bit....on the whole mein frau is all for me building the car as long as she doesn't have to go in it. In fact, that bit
was what convinced me to make it a single seater. Saves the cost of 1 seat and harness as well.
