Looking For Lotus 23 Body or Moulds
I know there are a few sets of moulds floating around but does anyone have a contact for someone who either has a full set of panels or a set of
moulds. I now have reasonably complete chassis plans.
The Lotus 23 has always been one of my favourite looking cars.

Hi,
I know Mike Tarr of Ratt racing has one and I'm sure has contacts with a guy that makes them in Dorset?
Try giving mike a call

If you don't get any joy this company seem to make good replicas and list the bodywork. Not Locost though.

There was also the Mamba C23 -
http://mambamotorsport.co.uk/news/rnrperformance2013.html
But the website says it is now owned by RNR Perfromance but no mention of it on their site -
http://www.rnrperformancecars.com/ - may be worth a call
There is also the Tiger HS30 - not s 23 but inspired by it.

This one is interesting in AUS - with a scooby engine -

Have you considered a Crossle 9S? I think they look even better than a 23.
Their is (or was?) a race series for them, and when I contacted the factory (a long time ago admittedly) they were happy to sell a shell only.

Thanks for the replys so far.
On my search I found the old listing for the eBay sale above but they had sold. I contacted the seller, asking where they'd originally come from
but he thought the person who made them and sold on his moulds.
The trade listing linked in this thread is American, the others I'm aware or and would be my last resort (based on price) my absolute ideal is
to locate a set of DIY moulds, as composites are my trade, so obviously I'd ideally like to make my own. If I could reach a deal, I'd
gladly pay to hire a set of moulds. if someone out there had aquired a set, for their own use but maybe has limited composite experience, I'd
gladly make two sets, giving them the second set, in payment for use of their moulds.
So all options are open, I just need to find one of the sets of moulds, that seem to exist and change hands occasionally.
