Body for Mid mount

Where can I go and look at some bodieswith the following :-

1) 2 Seater
2) Golf engine and G/Box in the back making 200Kw.
3) Able to handle top speed.
4) Option of a removable hard top
5) Build my own chassis

He stays just round the courner from me. Goes to him regurlarly when I am about to set my project alight.

His project made me decide to first get a body before I start my next car.

Hay Kango - Must pop in and see where you are at the moment!

When I first started with my planning I phoned all over trying to source a body.

Their is a guy in Cape Town who can supply a Lola 212 replica body - looks lovely, two were up here recently for a race, but I don't have the contact detail.

Also, Des Denecker here in PE can apparently supply a Sports 2000 body - the old vodacom development race series body.

a friend of mine owns a set of moulds for a lola sports 2000 car. won't be cheap though.

Can it seat 2?
What are the specs ? Wheel base ect
how difficult is it to get lights fitted?

i have driven and been a passenger in it at a trackday, very very tight. designed only as a race car. not got any info on track or wheelbase i'm afraid. an option would be to cut it down the middle aand widen it, but not worth the work imho.
