Some progress
The slightly cooler days and wrapping up some other projects has caused some (minor) progress to occur...

Looking good Alan. I do like the back end. I can't remember seeing it as clearly as that new pic before. Do you have the actual lights you
intend to fit?
Keep at it, we're all desparate to hear and see how she drives!

It's looking good!
On the website the moulding in the side pod does not look as good as on your avatar as it just seems to end but that could be that it is accentuated
by slightly different finishes on the GRP or just my eyes ;-}

Thanks Guys,
Andy, check
out..http://www.desicodesign.com/meerkat/images/060103-outside03.jpg
It's the old rear old, but the same lights. I'll probably mount the black flange on the inside with fastenings not visible externally.
Keith, the avatar picture is the most accurate. The white colour of the gel is difficult to photograph and show the true contours. However, could you
elaborate on what you are seeing?..cheers.

Ah yes that'll look sweet. I like your new rear end so much better if you'll pardon the smutty connotation!

Sorry for the delay in replying.
From the picture on your website it looks as if the recess in the side pod (which presumably is for the air intake/supply into the engine compartment)
just ends at the panel join, it could just be the colour as the earlier red body looked fine

Keith,
You see it correctly. The recess ends at the rear end moulding, which will have a mesh covered intake.
