Probably wont be laminated and thus not appropriate (or SVA approved) for the front.

Onyx are using a classic mini rear screen with built in fine wire demist on their latest track car.
Is a demist function possible on a toughened glass window? I'd have thought it was easier to make using a laminated screen (no idea how to check
without a hammer though )
I've heard opinions that it wouldn't get through an SVA though, and they seem to think it's light enough to go through on the
quadricycle SVA last time I looked on their website.
Are toughened glass windscreens SVA compatible? (independant of whether they are a good idea) Haven't got a SVA book handy...

105 cm is very small. Even a Fiat Cinquecento is about 128 cm wide at the bottom and 101 cm at the top.

I am gathering information for a new build:

I like the contour of the Zonda, as you see the windscreen is small.
I'm starting with the bodywork, I will use vacuumforming in stead of GRP for the body.

On an electric project I was working on, we used a Fiat windscreen. Was the smallest laminated screen we could find.
Came off a 124/5 ???? not sure, but was a little 12? thing. Fiat 500 as well is worth looking at.
Otherwise, someone with a waterjet/abrasive cutter should be able to cut just about any screen to shape.
Syd.
