zcars sell a lsd sierra modified diff for about £500. I bought one from a locost member for £275 as he didn't use his in the end. Bargains can
be found.
If you know someone with a lathe then you could get them to modify one for you.

just finished my own - had B&C make up a sprocket for a standard cossie LSD - should work well when i've worked out how to build the
mounts+chain adjuster
total cost for the entire rear axle (hubs, brakes and all) + chain diff = £190 !

hey geoff, well i'm at a bit of an impass at the moment as regards some of the chassis design - nothing looks quite right. I think i'll
open it up to you guys on here to see if you can see any solutions i've missed
Basically its a mid engined chain driven "buggy"
It was originally going to be for offroad use but I decided i'd get more use by making it for the road, but the original styling stuck...
here's the latest mock and a few pics - LONG way to go yet!

I really like it as is , very raw, but maybe you could just add a minimum of cladding, like an Ariel Atom.
Do you have other pictures to show us?

finished the design today, so with the cladding should look something like this, It's a bit angular so I might spruce this up as I go...
Not much else to show at the moment, only the barest chassis is done...

Is the rake of the new front tubes different from the earlier images?
I like your new sketch , maybe I would change the front end a bit.
