As the owner of a 1967 original moke I think this is sacrilege! Not the thing to do to classic vehicle in relatively small supply.

I think they should do a modern moke based on the bimmer mini! That would be mental!

Bear in mind though, the vehicle in question is in Australia where Mokes are not anywhere near as rare. The concept of a Moke being a valuable classic here is a little amusing actually.

They are getting a little thin on the ground now but tidy later models (which have galvanised bodies and 13" wheels) seem to be asking anything from $4k to $8k (about GBP1700-3400).
