The problem I have is, if it takes as long to build as the MK, I will be 80 and probably not able to get in the 40
Regarding your build, a few questions:
Is this a scratch build? I haven't seen the struts going down from the top of the bulkhead before, are they cage braces?
A lovely job on the exhaust manifold
Do you have a build blog on GT40s.com?
it is more or less a scratch build bought a chassis but it was a peice of poo so cut it up and modified to suit
i have a build log on gt40s .com called chris gt40 also on ozclubbies my gt40 ozclubbies are a great bunch of blokes.
i put the struts in just to try and tie the cabin cage through to the rear but also removable for access probably not required
but give it a shot engine is a 351 windsor whith alloy cleveland heads that a mate produces the intake is a 1 of as no cross
ram available for my combo all made at home including the throttle bodys and ram tubes.not sure how it will perform may turn
out to be a dog engine ran 535 flb torque and just over 600 hp on single carb run in on dyno.
