This tab has been recovered

Now this is really beginning to annoy me! I did a windows update the other day and now, regularly, when i close a window 'it' opens it back up telling me to say thanks for saving it, the useless machine. That ranks up there alongside cars that lock themselves on the list of most annoying things.

Anyone know if this wonderful feature can be turned off?

Cheers!

Ignore me, im going to google it

I've banned updates, and my reckoning is that the only bad thing that will happen is that windows will not slow down.
