IVA and J15 Roll-over-bar
I am waiting on my date for the IVA, the issue of the Roll-Over-Bar (ROB) bracket has come to the top of the list as one of the few issues remaining.
J15 Roll-over-bar
I had not intended fitting the ROB for the IVA, I am not even sure it will be at a track day with the RAC style bars connected in the short term till
I get the suspension sorted.
Any ideas on how to ensure the IVA man is not upset with a) It's presence and b) the sharp edges?
Do I just cover the ears with edging strip and glue or is their a better idea?
P.S. I have not opened up any holes in the rear tub either!

I'd say either...
A. Fit edge trim.
B. Fabricate some sort of box to fit over it; Perhaps secured via a bolt through the mounting hole.

My J15 got through IVA with those brackets trimmed with Woolies 304 IIRC and no holes cut in GRP.

Just bolt in a shaped block of some material (wood or plastic?) cut to fit nicely between the 2 brackets?

I've just come across the four bits of trim I used for my roll bar brackets. If you have not sorted anything out yet send me a U2U with your
address and I'll post then to you.
