New middy/track car..
http://www.deronda.co.uk/
What do you think...?
My opinons....
Why do people insist on making such f*****g rubbish web sites...it is diabolical IMO...
The car....well not sure it offers anything special over it's competition, and it is in a pretty high price range...
Am I off the mark, or not?

Yeeesss, suspiciously like the....
Ariel Atom, isn't it?
It says it's based on a single seater race car, but the looks are veeerrry similar to the Atom.
I suppose all Locosts look the same, so who am I to judge, and I suppose it's impossible to come up with a new car which doesn't look a
bit like something.
Think I'd still prefer the Atom myself.
Or my GT1!

doesnt look too impressive to me either, i agree about the site too, not very good.
cant be very aerodynamic with all those panels missing down the sides, and that sort of styling (imo) was nice when the atom came along, but only cos
it was different and original, but now its just a copy.
the only middy ive seen that i would consider buying is the K1 attack, not much else on the market really tickles me fancy at the moment.

Alan,
I just love the way you ask for opinions without commiting yourself either way!

ps. the car is not too bad, but I am not a lover of the exoskeleton look. I don't like things that look too fusy!

The web site is pants!
I love the shark nose - althought they claim they took design hints from F1 - yeah about 40+ years ago!!!!!
Quite like the car, wish it was more f1 tho - down the sites, with pods etc .... - thats the plan for my next car
Obviously a track car - no wings covering the wheels etc.... engine combo sounds interesting, suspect they've gone for the standard Audi gearbox
- love to see where that puts the engine / weight balance.

Mmmmmmm.
Firstly, that shark nose Ferrari was my favourite Matchbox car as a boy.
Secondly,I like the exoskeleton look.
What are the side pods for? Surely not for the shopping!
£26k!!!! Who on earth is going to pay that much? How much is a secondhand Lotus 340R? Less and a household name.
No doubt the guys building the cars and running the company have deservedly high hopes. Another name to be added to the ever growing list of heroic
British failures? (Strathcarron,FBS,etc)
Thank goodness for the kit car industry making the niche market cars, and God bless the poor bewildered souls building locost inspired midis!
