Most people make a box to pick the bones up on, I just took diagonals up to the roll bar mounts and made the bones to suit, this is inherently stronger.

You need the top bones shorter than the rear so the wheel camber changes as the car rolls, mine is pretty close to the same geometry as front, I did not do any scientific calculations on roll centre but it works well enough.
