Hey guys wondering what's involed in changing a gear selector shaft on a 919 engine as its bent? Any help would be great cheers.
When I blew the gearbox in mine engine out it took less than 2 hours to split the casing, quite a few bolts of varying lengths, knock out all the old
stuff selectors and gears and put it back together.
No special tools, just a 3/8" ratchet set for the small stuff and a big socket for the clutch basket, blue hylomar and a Stanley knife blade to
clean the mating faces.
