I've got a Velocity XT with Zetec and have been told the springs as supplied are too heavy for the vehicle and that lighter ones set up with adequate damping give a better ride. Is that the case?
If so does anyone know what weight to go for and where to get them from?

Yeah i could do with a bit of knowledge on this as well
