well i'm having problems with the bonnet, its been let to go out of shape, got it on car with ratchet straps, a piece of decking on top of engine
and the straps to reshape, got to heat it up to hopefully get it back in shape, also here are some better pics of the fuel tank.
bonnet shows extended viento scoop into a bonnet bulge to get over the massive v10 viper engine.
built in swurl pot.
mounting for fuel pump.
as you can see, funny shape to get max fuel capacity.

massive v10 viper engine
That'll increase your tank range from 10 miles to 15 miles then
Keep the tank full and you might get away with pulling off in 3rd/4th rather than top too
Nice
I still can't get my head around the idea of modifying/extending Viento bodywork - it's 'king huge already!
It's going to have a tremendous street presence though... it does look good...

its all stock factory body/chassis sizes, the only difference is a 2" x 1" side rail instead of the normal 1"x1", so when next to another viento you won't see the difference.
bonnet bulge is just the normal viento scoop extended to a bulge.
The Dodge engine produces 400Bhp, 415Bhp or 500Bhp depending on which generation car it comes from...
the stock engine is a gen3, 500hp 525lbs/ft, now with a remap and deleted aircon/power steering, i am hoping for 10%+ from the remap and deletions so
550+hp and 575+lbs/ft, won't know the full power till its been on the rollers.
the weight isn't as bad as it could be, as they are all alloy block and heads, but its still not a light weight.

The garage looks good, must be a delight after all the time without one.
Can you use the aero style bonnet catches? They have pins that they locate to which means that you could pull the bonnet out of its existing shape
when it is locked in position?
All the best.
ps, looks better without the roll cage.
