Hi to one and all, I would like to thank all of you that came to the V8 Viento launch at Rockingham and for making it a great day. To all of you that could not make it you really missed out!

As a way of saying thank you to all of you that have expressed an interest in Luego Sports Cars Ltd and the V8 Viento, we are running a few Sunday Open Days. We will take you out and, if you are insured to drive the Viento you can have a drive.

We are running the first open day on 30th March, 13th April, 27th April (Weather permitting on all these dates). Now why havent they done that for the velocity. its unfair i tell ya...... unfair. thats why my chassis was late....... all this V8 malarky......

I'm sure you could've driven the Velocity if you'd asked Grant nicely! Probably going to head up there on Sunday - pity I'm not insured really but I'm sure someone will oblige and take me for a spin!

I did ask at stafford. he said yes, which was nice!!!

If youre insured fully comp on your main cars then you generally are insured to drive other cars. check with your insurance company.

I'm definatly not insured! Only 3rd party on my cabrio so no chance!

I'd like to go but I can't make 13th. How about 27th? If there's a few of us I'm sure Grant and the team will consider another weekend.

The 27th maybe better as the 13th is easter sunday,

And there's locost & MKgt1 racing at Snetterton on the 26th so could do it on the way home.

Do it you know you will enjoy it, Mat took me out the other day, but watch out for the feds as they will probably be watching the roads that are used to demonstrate it on. They must be on first name terms with the Luego chaps by now!!!
