Just rec'd my report this morning stating I am officially a creditor!!At least I paid by credit card.......!

If you paid by credit card, the Card Co will re-imburse you. Comes under the consumer credit act.

Exactly....Spoke to them again today and everything is looking for reimbursement in the next few days
