anyone got any top tips when cutting the side panels to accomodate exhaust.

Just be very careful, put loads of masking tape on and use the finest blade jigsaw u can get and maybe spray with WD40 or similar GO GENTLE as the
panels are wafffer thin sir!

QMax hole cutter was used (48mm iirc)
Looks a lot neater IMHO than the rectangular hole and no sharp edges to cover up.
As Hector advised. Did mine with fine bladed jig saw. Took a couple of blades as my panels are stainless steel.
Make sure you put masking tape on first. The foot of the jig saw could scratch the panel.

i also used a round bit on the drill to cut it.
I advise you that if you have got ally panel
to pop a piece of stainless (smaller as the diameter of the cut circle) on the centre,
dril it first with a normal dril and then you have plenty time to make the round hole.
If you donīt pop in the extra sheet the ally hole will eat away making the expierience badly!
