Cheers for comments, good boost to carry on building.

The exhaust was done by Tube Engineers at Market Rasen. Did quite a good job, all in stainless, sounds bonza too!!

Yep def a Luego, have a minor issue with the Bonnet now. Shed door blew off with the winds on Thursday and took the bonnet across the Garden with it, and my fence now has a different postcode. Bonnet now has a groove down the side of it, hoping this will rub out.

Cheers

Nice to see another "man sized car " on the road.

I like the wheels, what size and what ofset did you put on the rear.

Keep going, its will be a real buzz to drive.

ET35 on front and ET20 8" + 20mm spacers (self centre type) on rear. Personally I think this part is the downside of the Viento design, extending driveshafts would have been a far better option than relying on a huge offset to bring the wheel out into alignment, it still could do with ideally another 10mm, but I can't see how I can achieved without a HUGE bill at the end of it.

Cheers

I've always thought the Viento a little bulky, but that one looks seriously nice

Scotty - 22/1/07 at 10:02 AM

mmm
