edit
At last count there were 8 Vientos on the road and 13 of us still building on this site. It,s possible that next year we could arrange 20
Viento's to turn up at one show!!!

me too!!!
thanks guys- good to know there are few of us. I have had my kit about 3 yrs- just too busy to get v far but now I am getting somewhere. My goal is to
have it on road for end of year so this summer is going to be blitz- so far have just got it to rolling chasis and have rebuilt the motor and gearbox.
Easter I plan to get fuel system finished and brakes bled. Have ordered alloys (price was stupid but I wanted black team dynamics) so should be
rolloing soon.
2 questions:
Slave cylinder connection to master for the clutch- Luigis site covere this well- thanks but would be grateful for advise- will call rally design to
get adaptor for male into slave and then plumb it to master via copper or if I am feeling flush a braided flexible.
Secondly I ma just fitting the Sierra sterring column and looks like I need a couple of spacer to bring column forward into cockpit- no referecne in
build manual which I find pretty crap- think 2x ali pipes half inch diameter by about one inch long will do it- any suggestions?
Hi Phil
Am building a Viento, and am in Wrestlingworth about 25 mins from Letchworth. Am at home this week (hopefully) getting it near finished.
Happy to share experience or just chat, U2U me if you want to get in touch.
Cheers
Simon
The Sierra column should go right on without problems, mine did. Right now I've got all the top panelling off so you're welcome to come and
have a look.
If so, U2U as above.
Cheers
