Looking good, that V8 nearly looks small in there

That looks excellent!

1 thing: its a small fibreglass car with a whacking great V8 under the bonnet, and you want as much ventilation as you can possibly get, as GRP does not vent engine bay heat nearly as well as steel/aluminium!!

You might fare better than I (TVR 390SE wedge), cos your exhaust headers go straight out of the car: mine dont!

Also, be careful of siting the air filter above the near side header: it'll inhale hot air, and the engines VE will go down markedly. You might want an aluminium heatshield/airbox type arrangement.

Good luck: it looks superb.

Ed.

Nokia N95 Wap phone & wireless internet enabled. Cracking Phone, but it's going to take about *years to learn how to work everything on it. Its even got a BAR CODE reader.!

Oh I am at home now Richard, great to see you there. I will be starting another thread as soon as I've got my photos loaded of the phone & trimmed to upload (5 megapixel photos too big to upload).

Aye, good to see you all - sorry I wasn't around that long. Forgot my camera too!

Made it back home to South Wales in 2 hours though - that was a good shake down run!

Nice meeting you Richard, what do you reckon for Newark, sub 2 hours (provided the ears can take the bashing)?

Cheers

Dave

Looking good

RichB - 28/5/07 at 09:44 PM

Very nice. Is that a standard luego screen and supports? If it is, do they offer a black finish or did you paint them yourself?

Rich
