Hi,

Went to fix the seat belts today and discovered that the 7/16UNF bolts will not go into the roll bar mounting points. Most probably due to the powder coating but not entirely sure that it is just that. Has anybody else had this problem and if so how did you overcome it?

Haven't had the problem but RDG Tools on ebay will sell you a set of taps for not too much money.

most likely the threaded tubes have warped when they've been welded.

running a tap through will sort you out nicely

I think i have a set of three 7/16 taps and you are welcome to one of them?

had same problem got 3 taps from rdg tools of ebay good price
and got the next day would recomend
