How do you cover an exhaust clamp for IVA radius test??

Its the U shape clamps with two nuts underneath.

Thanks

For the SVA I managed to turn it sufficently that the balll thingy would not contact any sharp radius.. Needed to file a little off the "wings" of the clamp. It passed... Might have been luckly.

I was looking at turning them, but agreed will go with the file approach too.

thanks

I used a miklor clamp..

more like a jubilee clamp

and put the bolt so it was in towards the bodywork and couldnt be contacted by sphere

+1

They're better looking clamps, and I reckon that they work better too.

+2 Miklor for me.

I have two exhaust clamps, doing as their name suggests and two are just holding the exhaust to the mounts.

I have now filed off the ears and added a radius to all.

Fingers crossed.
