Could anyone confirm if being able to flash high beam is an SVA requirement.

Have managed to get Luego loom to operate high beam via relay, but i seem to have a problem with the flash function.

Just wondered if i have to panic over this prior to my SVA on Wednesday?!

No need to be able to flash headlights only that you can select main or dipped headlights.

so do you need to be able to flash for a mot

No requirement for flash on MOT - only a main beam that can be switched on and off.

Never found a flash on my Rover200, so unless the stalk is broken I don't believe it's a requirement.

this seems to be a fairly common problem these days.
