I'm planning a car with the handbrake on the front wheels, so a traditional handbrake lever seems wrong. What cars had a handbrake lever in the
dash?
Are dash handbrake levers SVAable?
2CV/Dyane had umbrella handle just under the dash
the indestructable toyota hi-lux.
thats the only one i know of.

My grandfather had the coolest car in the world or at least we thought so as kids...knobs n buttons everywhere weird sticky out indicators you had to flick a switch left or right to operate, even a push button to start it...handbrake was next to the steering wheel...Wolsley 444! cooler than owt that was.

Don't some Cateringvans have a dash handbrake?
Ford Corsair (if you can find one)
If you wanted front calipers with a handbrake setup try Xantia's!
Early XJ6
Renault 4
Lotus Elan! I just happen to have one of these handbrake levers I was going to use it on my build but ended up using a Range Rover one instead. U2U me
if you want it.
If you stick it in the "safe area" around the sterering wheel it should not cause SVA problems.
