2008 SYLVA PHOENIX 1.8K SERIES FOR SALE
FFTS - 16/9/13 at 05:01 PM

Well it's time to prioritise my life a little so my lovely Sylvia (all kit cars should have a name) has to go.
Ive had her as a driving car since 2008 but have only got to drive her half a dozen times in the last 18 months due to a simple but elusive fault ona connection. She has just had a new alternator and will soon have a new battery. She was built by an aircraft engineer called John Bonnet who had an excellent reputation for build quality. She originally had a cosworth turbo engine but he said it was too heavy for bends although amazing power for the straights. She has a

1.8 K series engine
Newman Fast Rd cams
vernier pulleys
Motor cycle throttle bodies
Emerald 3d ECU
Lambda sensor
wilwood calipers
Type 9 gearbox.
14 inch Toyo TR1's great road tyre hardly worn.
GRP seats
4 point quick release harnesses.
Removeable luggage rack and twin paniers custom made.
Full cockpit cover.
2 piece half zip cover.

11 months mot.
Will have 6 months tax at the right selling price.

Shes a lovely fast car but an easy drive in or out of heavy traffic unlike some of the Becs Ive owned in the past.
Ive owned 14 kit cars over the years and this is the one i kept the longest and drove the most and by far my favourite.
I'll soon be advertising her on Piston heads but thought I'dgive first chances to the excellent members of this forum.

Asyou'll know the Sylva phoenix is a rare breed and not to many about. Even less than the Fisher fury and their hard enough to find. So here's your chance to be her new boyfriend haha.

Looking for £5,500 and what a proud owner someone will be for a bargain price.

She can be viewed in Manchester near the Trafford centre by arrangement.
