Hi all

I've made side screens out of polycarb, but it scratches very easy, is there any coating i can use to protect it?

Thanks

brasso

brasso, t-cut etc. anything slightly abrasive will do with a bit of elbow grease.

Also, caravan dealers sell scratch remover paste for caravan windows. Same idea really, slightly abrasive paste that you polish the scratch out with.

Deeper scratches are best done _carefully_ with t-cut or G3 polishing paste and a machine polisher.

DONT use anything that contains ammonia, it will cloud the perspex

The problem I have with anything I don't stock (I don't stock clear) is that it costs a fortune when you add carriage to it. SO I can supply but it wouldn't necessarily be cost effective.
