Looks a little like a Nova kit car to me, only someone's added a whole load of crap to the front of it which has ruined it beyond comprehension.

Looks like under all that crap their may have been a vaguely decent shape. Looks like it has one of those body kits on it that you see on Novas and Peugeots owned by young scroats who dont know which way round a baseball cap is worn.

The original looks good to me, but then I've always had a thing for the Nova/Eagle kits

Ive done a quick photoshop and modded the front end slightly. Ive also put the window to how it should be, and it looks much better than what it did:
