i need a couple of pilot screws to replace my siezed ones in my mikuni bike carbs but where is best to buy them from?

also with the pilot screws all the way in would this over fuel or under fuel? i seem to have fuel mixing with oil and need to know why.

and finally when replacing the pilot screws is there anything else i should replace whilst im stripping them down?
