Emerald Rolling Road Session
With my SVA rapidly approaching I spent yesterday afternoon at Emerald having the engine mapped.
It made 175.3bhp (the .3 is important ) which I didnt think was bad at all and should see me break the 300bhp/ton barrier.
I cannot reccommend the service highly enough, Dave is very knowledgeable and explained the process to me (most of which I understood!).

Yep good power made there,What size of motor is it ?Does it have after market cams etc
Have you any idea what your velocity weighs ?
Did you build trying to keep wait down to a minimum ?
Tidy looking car from your pic on screen,Well done mate.

Its a 2.0 Litre, with standard cams. Only mod was ARP rod bolts.

I tried to keep the weight down as much as possible, so no windscreen, GRP seats etc. The alloy wheels weighed much more than i thought though so
they might get changed soon. Even so I would be disappointed if it weighed more than 550kg.

Hi Steve, The manifold was from Tube Engineers Link and the Can was from Car Builders Solutions.
