Mince Pies and Stuff
Hi Guys.
Just a little reminder that we are having a Mince pie day this Saturday 4th Dec 2004.
We are also going to combine a sale of all the stock we have accumulated over the year at discounted prices.
We will have GRP, Exhausts, Shocks, Wishbones, Roll bars, Chrome trims etc.

Dont worry I am coming.. Cant miss out on a Mince Pie... as long as all the others dont start singing "who ate all the pies".
I also need to get the Sierra Hub tapers honed, so will bring them along.
I may even relieve you of some of those overstocked parts you have.

They usually start at about 10:30 - 11:00.
ie a nice civilised start to the day...

After all that moaning about no biscuits and BBQ's i will not be able to make it ( Dan might though ) - still, cant please everyone!
I spoke to Dan about your sale on stock and he said he will ring ouy - if not, we are after the Zetec Exh system . Do you have one at a special, xmas

If the sun's out tomorrow I'm taking my Velocity! If anybody's got a DCOE balancer thingy, if they can bring it so that I can see if
my carbs are balanced (as I am just winging it at the moment) you can have my mince pie! Thank you

adz h showed all builders what this lark is all about.
His car is superb and to top it all him and his much beloved donned splat hats and waterproofs and did the real deal by driving it in the rain...

You can use a bit of hose pipe, and listen to each inlet one at a time, and adjust for equal "HISS" . Its laborious, but may get it a bit
better.. until you can get the proper tool...

i.ve still got along way to go panel.s in place wishbone,s and suspension fitted waiting for my front hub,s to come back from engineering shop at work
having ball joint taper,s done i,de like to have on it,s wheel,s by end of month though

Shame I didn't see this sooner, I'dve given you directions to my workplace and we could've had a crack at balancing it all up,
bugger! If you don't mind the trip you can bring it round to my house and we'll have a go. I'm no expert by any means but I managed
to get my mates twin 45 Dellortos on his Esprit much better balanced (didn't take a lot of skill mind, they were horrendously out of
balance).
P.S. anybody got the lates Practical Performance Car? In the Luego build-up they've got it to driveable status and it describes 'glamour
boy Grant' taking it for it's initial spin. Glamour boy? They must've met some other bloke called Grant I think
