It Starts!!!
After struggling for too long trying to get the darn thing started - finally managed to get the 4AGE running - sounded a bit loud with just the
manifold on!
Problem was diagnosed as one of the CAMs being 180 degrees out - think when the cam belt was changed it all got a little mixed up - quick email to RAW
now me thinks to thank them for all the head stratching they caused!!
At least its given me a new lease of energy to get her finished now!
Just a bag o' rusty spanners

Well done that man
Must be a great feeling (bet the neighbours enjoyed the experience)
On the verge of starting my V8 Lump. Got to admit I'm a tad nervous.
Hope you V8 boys are feeling knowledgable, cos confident I aint!!
Good engine the 4AGE, pretty much bullet proof. Had a few Toyotas with same. Can't fault it.
