Have you checked out GTS in kent, not that far away, which is a bonus when getting bits.

Theres loads of pictures of Leugo's, MK's, GTS, all over the site, just have a look in the photo archive, or search

Have a search for some pictures on here mate.
Somewhere local ish to you is a bonus for bits clollection etc and will save u on postage.

I can highly recommend Luego locost although if u could stretch further id go for the velocity as its uses sierra rear which are easier to come by and saves buying the de dion set up.

Theres a few pictures of the Luego locost chassis in my archive.

They will take a bike engine no probs. Im cramming a zetec in mine.

I would recommend going to speak to the manufacturers etc either at shows or there premisies and have a look at there cars etc.

Luego has an open day in december which i would imagine alot of the guys off here will be at to speak to.

We are building a Luego Locost & agree with Danozeman; Grant, Matt and the rest of the staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Quality of there parts are very good. We purchased a powder coated chassis, suspension parts and full alloy and GRP panel sets. There is obviously a certain amount of fettling to do to fit the alloy and GRP panels but generally everthing goes together nicely.

There are some pics in my photo archive in the Nearly Finished folder.

Where abouts in Essex are you? I,m just outside Cambridge near to the Essex border . I have a Luego Locost on the road until the end of November if you want to look over a kit , may be able to answer a few questions if thats any help . Found the Luego team to be helpful and the kit easy to build with no headaches. Fibreglass could have been better but I think they now use a different supplier . Look out for the Anglia meet (hopefully in near future) may be of help?

I have a Luego Viento... Bigger... But Luego have been very good and helpful. Not heard anything bad about MK either.
I would think that Luego have a Winter Blaster deal on... give them a ring as it could save you a bit of cash.

Good Luck..
