Luego at stoneleigh
Ok so hopefully we should have quite a few at stonleigh, sadly some still building, so are there any plans yet. ie:-
Who will be going and on what days (no excuses )
Is there a luego club/car area.
Is there a group who are camping.
Do we need a gazebo like Newark.
Are we having a barbi.
Do we bring a supply of B££R.
Answers please in a plain brown envelope to..................................

will be there camping - in the tin top so can bring along a big gazebo and possibly other items such as chairs if required.
Who is going Saturday night and how are we all going to end up camping in the same area + whose bringing the food and drink ect.
Lets get organised in advance and make it a good start to the year. It may inspire me to get my Viento finished for Newark.
Do we have some sort of banner for the owners club..
Paul.

Think it was Kitcarchris who had a Luego banner at Newark ? A luego camping area sounds like a good idea.

Ok then, I've never been to stoneliegh, so I don't know the layout. We need someone who HAS been to give everyone the rough reference as
to where we should all meet as reguard a camping area. I should be going/ariving on the saturday somewhere around mid day onwards. I shall be in tin
top estate so can bring a fair bit.
At Newark I brought a 4m x 3m gazebo for situ at display area (shelter for food & drink supplies etc & people. I should be bringing it
again.
If we all bring a bag of charcoal & a supply of personal food (+ a bit) then we will only need one person to bring a barbi.
At Newark the beer sittuation seemwd to work well, we all brought plenty and then pooled it in some cold pots. Worked a treat.
Anyone got some more suggestions.
Who can ring grosvenor and see about booking a display?

Kitcarkris is/(was) the one to speak to about shirts. We must need some more by now with 73 cars built or under construction.

I am aiming to be there. Viento and all.
Last time we camped with the Locost club and had the MK boys behind us. It was a good weekend.

Right, Ive got 5 minutes now so, I have sent of the paperwork for a luego owners club display pitch at stoneleigh. I don't know what number it
is yet, as soon as I do I will let you all know.
I put down on the sheet that we are expecting about 15 - 20 vehicles which will be great if we get the full twenty and better if we get more. There
are now 27 vehicles on the road according to the poll.
Anyone that has been there and camped before, it would be good if you could get up some sort of map with a rough idea of where we are all likely to
meet up and pitch tent(s).
As reguard to a gazebo at this point in time / until I get a pitch number, the organisers say hold because we will need a 'work permit'
from the show ground. Go figure. Until I get a pitch number, I cant get a work permit.
Have I missed anything.

Ask for a position near the Locost Club and / or MK club..
They were a good bunch last year.
