coil over springs

Hi can anyone help me i would like to know what engine oil i should be using for my Locost

Also what lbs springs do I need to use on the front and rear?

I am using a 1300 Xflow engine and am intending to race in the 750 motor club championship.

Any help would be appriciated

Hi only one engine oil to use for the x/flow. 20/50 Valvoline racing. or VR1 i think its called now.

Springs is dependent on many things but ballpark is 300lb - 350lb front and 120lb - 150lb rear.

Any questions regarding the locost championship would get a quicker more informative reply in the racing section .
